Service Description

Come join Ashley for a themed yoga class! We'll drop into the body and into a theme targeting a particular area of the body, energy center, the breath, or mindfulness practice. Upcoming themes: Sunday, February 26th - Hips, Surrendering & Letting Go Sunday, March 5th - Core, Digestion & Detox Sunday, March 12th - Restorative Flow, Mindfulness & Meditation Sunday, March, 26th - Prema (Divine Love) Flow & Breathwork

Cancellation Policy

Happy to offer a full refund for services minus a 5% booking fee and a $5 processing fee, if canceled 72 hours before the service. Client is responsible for direct email contact to reschedule. Certain situations are always taken into consideration.
