Help with emotional regulation, self esteem, intrinsic motivation, and boundaries. Just a safe space to share hard things and build connections. In person 45 minutes- $65

Cancellation Policy

Happy to offer a full refund for services minus a 5% booking fee and a $5 processing fee, if canceled 72 hours before the service. Client is responsible for direct email contact to reschedule. Certain situations are always taken into consideration.
