I have created a multidimensional healing journey using trauma informed somatic therapy practices, ancient wisdom, energy work, intuitive guidance, and more - designed to activate profound self understanding and a pathway to live with a sense of deep confidence, power, and purpose.

This allows me to hear about where you are RIGHT NOW on your path, you are not the same as when we last connected. An initial session allows for us to catch up, deep dive and set a forward moving plan.
