I would love to hear about where you are right now on your path, as you are not the same as when we last connected. An initial session allows for us to catch up, deep dive and set a forward moving plan.
Once we have had an Initial session, we can explore what would best suit your journey of spiritual growth and discipline, and how you can become more aware and mindful of your overall wellness.

Somatic Energywork
Immerse yourself with integrative healing that encompasses the mind, body, energy, and spirit, reconnecting you back home to yourself.
I use various techniques, including trigger points, energy work, dynamic mindful movements, breathwork, and somatic neuro-modulation to release and process challenging blockages of stored and unresolved trauma in your body, helping you to unlock inner potential.
You will find and release stress and stuck emotions that can present themselves as pain, confusion and exhaustion. The collected energetic density holds you back from truly living in your highest potential and alignment to with your true self and intuition.
My intention is to provide you an understanding of what it feels to live in alignment, during somatic energy work we go through energy chakra activations and centering to allow you to explore and your energetic highways.
We dive into the body to listen and connect to the messages it’s holding and learn how to trust its knowing.

About Me.
I am in love with life’s journey and this amazing Earth that we all share.
Through my own healing journey, I have learned that my work is to help others discover + connect with their own inner knowing, guiding on how to follow your life map, assisting with clearing whatever stands in the way of happiness, peace, health, love + abundance.
My field of study includes training and certification in various concentrations and not limited to: Reiki Energy Healing to the Master Teacher level, Psychic Development, Intuitive Readings, House Blessings, Chakra Balancing, Archetypal Sacred Contact, Crystalline Consciousness Technique and Spiritual Mentorship. I am currently training for my 200 Yoga Teacher Certification with a Trauma Informed Yoga Certification, the Advanced Master Program on Trauma Certification, Somatic Healing Certification IAYT Accedited and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher CPU Certification.
As an Intuitive Healer and Somatic energyworker I can help you find your answers, gain strength in finding your way through life’s struggles and fully embody your Soul Purpose that resides within. Because of my own life struggles and spiritual awakening journey, I can assist you in developing your inner knowing and guiding you back into your wholeness. I love to laugh really hard, and when not working at Axiom Lux, spends most of my time barefoot, cooking, singing + dancing, while being a mama to my busy boys Xavier and Pax and wife to my very patient husband, Dan.

I first heard about Reiki when I was 17 year old, and 30 years later I decided I needed to try something. I had experienced a huge personal loss and big changes in my life and was feeling overwhelmed and distraught. I needed to try something because mentally it felt like I was at the end of my unraveling rope. I knew traditional therapy was not for me. Reiki was actually calling me. I kept being drawn to the Axiom Lux and watching Rebecca’s Instagram reels. I figured let’s try this – can’t hurt! I am glad I did! I have been practicing Reiki with Rebecca for about 3+ years now.
