You Are Your Own Healer

A workshop on how to surrender into your Soul Purpose by listening to your higher self, spirit guides and symbolic language of the Universe and Divine.  Including how to empower yourself with awareness of your energetic integrity, maintaining the peace and love in which your soul was created.

Our whole lives we have been told who to be, how to act, what’s expected of us, what’s appropriate, what’s enough, what’s worthy of acceptance. We overextend, we micromanage, we shrink and hide so that others can be comfortable. And with these ridiculous expectations to be everything and not too much, we carry the lying weight of guilt, shame, embarrassment and lack. We forget to extend all that we do for others to ourselves, the compassion, grace, love and peace.

In this workshop you will be reminded of core elements that you are created from and you will find strength in a reclaimed foundation. You will learn tools to support yourself as you explore and stand firm your Souls longings. You will honor yourself and affirm that you are supported and guided by energy that is so much more vast than we could ever understand. Your lifeforce energy will be reactivated to flow with expansion and contraction. You will speak and see more clearly as you occupy your energy space and release from shackles that no longer serve you.
