Join us for a relaxing and immersive singing bowl soundbath. Jennifer Bak has been a soundbath practitioner for over a decade, creating soundscapes with an array of antique Tibetan bowls. For the most soothing experience, we suggest wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a yoga mat to lie on. Pillows, blankets, and bolsters are also recommended. If that is not accessible to you, please sit or stand in whatever way is most comfortable.
