Yoga for Stress and Anxiety Workshop Series

 $75 for all 3 classes or $30 individually 

When we are stressed and anxious, we suffer. We become disconnected from ourselves and those around us. Join Michelle Ostermyer for a Yoga for Stress and Anxiety class series. You can purchase all of these classes together as a package or each class individually. 

These classes will help you learn the tools and techniques needed to relieve stress and anxiety, to discover more inner peace and fulfillment. You will learn ways to use your body and breath to shift your emotional state. There will be time for journaling before and after each practice.

You will practice:

  • Simple centering exercises

  • Identifying and monitoring feelings

  • Slow, mindful movement to alleviate tension

  • Relaxation inducing restorative postures

  • Pranayama (breath work) to quiet the mind

  • Guided relaxation and meditation

Leave these classes with resources to help you cope with stress and anxiety. Handouts will be provided and questions will be welcomed. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, a journal and a sandbag or small bag of dried rice or beans for breath training.
