With multiple practitioners and services in our space, we understand that it can be overwhelming! Even if that practitioner or service isn't at Axiom Lux! We find that collaborating with a multiple business and modalities help support our clients highest and best good! This FREE 15 min phone call will provide clarity and confidence to you as you choose a place to dip your toes into self expansion and love. We believe that energy and spiritual work are about going inward and remembering the peace and love in which you were created. through understanding your worth, you then have the capacity to understand your conditioning of life, you patterns and cycles, embodiment, self expression, living in your highest potential and the ultimate surrender to your soul purpose. Maybe you need spiritual mentorship, intuitive guidance, embodiment, trauma support, therapy, or physical support. Whatever your persona needs are, Becky can guide you to what a good first step is. Cancellation Policy
At Axiom lux, we are committed to providing exceptional service to each of our clients. We understand that life can be unpredictable—appointments sometimes slip through the cracks, and things happen that are beyond our control. To ensure that we can continue providing exceptional service to all of our clients, we have established the following No-Show and Cancellation Policy. Please read carefully, as it helps us keep things running smoothly while being fair to all parties involved. 72-Hour Notice: We kindly request that clients provide at least 72 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If a client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $15 will apply. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation. No-Show Fee: If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the FULL service amount is not refundable nor transferable. And the $15 cancellation fee will be applied. Repeat No-Shows: Clients who repeatedly fail to show up for appointments without notice, show up late or reschedule 72 hours or after will be subject to restricted scheduling. Late Arrivals: We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments. The full service fee will still apply. More Than 15 Minutes Late: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may consider the appointment a no-show and the cancellation policy will apply. Online: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment easily through our booking system 72 hours before your scheduled time.
