Service Description
In this container of a 60 minute in-person meeting, we target specific mind-body-spirit health and wellness goals based on your individual needs. This may include recommendations of Integrative health practices, energy healing, and/or guided breathwork practices based on your healing needs.

Cancelation Policy
Happy to offer a full refund for services minus a 5% booking fee and a $5 processing fee, if canceled 72 hours before the service. Client is responsible for direct email contact to reschedule. Certain situations are always taken into consideration.
