Spiritual Mentorship supports you through every issue in your life that is causing unhappiness, disempowerment and confusion. Together we help uncover the layers that we or society have placed in or minds of who we are supposed to be in life. We pull apart the facades that we have acquired, unearthing where you are getting in your own way and how to step out of unwanted patterns. Each session is very individualized and never the same as each person and path are different. We are also constantly flowing in new directions so meeting you where you are in your current space is imperative. We talk about the energetic basics: grounding protecting and manifesting. Also uncover your spirit guides and how to work with them, find energetic tools to support you as you shift including but not limited to meditations, affirmations, crystals, archetypal characteristics, tarot and oracle cards, and intuitive readings. In these mentorship sessions you are guided to understand the higher purpose behind your life; aiming at empowering you with the ability to experience happiness and peace and ensuring your confidence to navigate with grace, wisdom and gratitude.
